Overview

Welcome to Griin Studios. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Griin Studios. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Griin Studios is powered by Shopify and fulfils all orders through our print-on-demand partner Printful.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with or purchasing from our store you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or access our Services.

Section 1 — Access and Account

By agreeing to these Terms you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

To use our Services you may be asked to provide your email address, billing, payment and shipping information. You warrant that all information provided is correct, current and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity on your account.

Section 2 — Our Products

All Griin Studios products are custom printed on demand specifically for each order by our fulfilment partner Printful. Please note the following:

Colours and product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to device settings, monitor calibration and fabric type — this is not a defect
Slight variations in embroidery thread colours from digital previews are normal and expected
Fabric sheerness on lighter coloured garments is a known characteristic disclosed on individual product pages — this is not a defect
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will exactly match depictions in our store
All product descriptions are subject to change without notice
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

Product Substitution: In rare cases where a product goes out of stock, our fulfilment partner Printful may substitute it with the most comparable available alternative to avoid fulfilment delays. If the alternative costs more you will not be charged extra. If it costs less you will receive a partial refund. If you wish to avoid substitutions contact us before placing your order.

Section 3 — Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Griin Studios reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until confirmed. We must receive and process full payment before your order is accepted.

Important: Because all products are custom printed on demand, orders may not be cancellable once accepted and sent to fulfilment. Please review your order carefully — including sizing, colour and design — before submitting.

All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation email. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges unless expressly stated.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information. You represent that the payment method you provide is yours and authorised for use. You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our partner Printful. Please note:

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
Once your order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you
Griin Studios is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control
For orders lost in transit all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
Printful cannot guarantee delivery to PO boxes
Final delivery method may vary by carrier and destination — door-to-door delivery is not guaranteed in all regions

Section 6 — Print-on-Demand Fulfilment

All Griin Studios products are produced by Printful, Inc., our print-on-demand fulfilment partner. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree that:

Products are custom printed specifically for your order and cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind
Printful handles all production and shipping on our behalf
Any claims related to defective, damaged or incorrect products must be submitted within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy
Printful's quality guarantee covers materially defective or damaged products at the time of delivery only
Colour accuracy, slight size variations and embroidery thread colour differences are not considered defects

Section 7 — Intellectual Property

All content on our Services — including trademarks, brand names, text, images, graphics, product designs, the WT monogram, Wandering Tripper identity, Griin Studios name and all associated designs — is owned by Griin Studios or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or transmit any material from our Services without prior written consent.

Regarding our designs: All Griin Studios original designs are our intellectual property. Our Expedition Edition coordinate-based designs, WT monogram, Wandering Tripper brand identity, and all associated graphics are proprietary to Griin Studios.

Third-party brands: Products featuring Under Armour® and Adidas® branding are produced under authorised licensing arrangements through Printful. These brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Section 8 — Return and Refund Policy

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our policy is fully aligned with Printful's 30-day limited warranty and EU consumer rights requirements.

30-day return window from date of delivery
Defective, damaged or incorrect items replaced or refunded at no cost
Custom printed items cannot be returned unless defective
EU customers have 14-day cooling off period except for custom printed products

Section 9 — Third-Party Services

Our Services are powered by Shopify and fulfilled by Printful. Both are independent third-party service providers with their own terms of service and privacy policies.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Griin Studios
Printful is our fulfilment partner — not a party to your purchase contract with us
You hereby release Shopify and Printful from any claims arising from your transactions with Griin Studios

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party websites linked from our store.

Section 10 — Privacy Policy

All personal information collected through our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services you acknowledge that information submitted may be shared with Shopify and Printful as necessary to fulfil your orders and provide our Services. Printful processes personal data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy and GDPR-compliant Data Processing Terms.

Section 11 — Prohibited Uses

You may use our Services for lawful purposes only. You may not:

Use our Services for any unlawful or malicious purpose
Infringe on our intellectual property or the intellectual property of others
Transmit false or misleading information
Impersonate any person or entity
Upload viruses or malicious code
Attempt to scrape, copy or extract any content from our Services
Purchase products for commercial resale without our prior written consent
Use automated tools, bots or AI agents to access our Services without authorisation

Section 12 — Agent Terms

Any software or service taking autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of a person ("Agent") that accesses our Services must identify itself in all HTTP/HTTPS requests, must not mimic human behaviour, and must not circumvent any security or verification measures. We reserve the right to block any Agent access at our sole discretion.

Section 13 — Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free service. Colour accuracy, exact size representations and product appearance are not guaranteed.

Section 14 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Griin Studios, Shopify, Printful and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products, including lost profits, lost revenue or loss of data.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from a product or service purchased through our store shall not exceed the actual amount you paid for that specific product or service.

Section 15 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Griin Studios, Shopify, Printful and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors and employees from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of our Services.

Section 16 — Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Griin Studios is headquartered. For EU and UK customers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply in addition to these Terms.

Section 17 — Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated and effective on the date specified. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
